I started a mission last year during the biggest refi boom in history.  This mission started because I saw that lenders stopped almost all focus on taking care of their partners in real estate.  As an industry veteran of 17 years, I knew I could position myself to be ready the day refis go away and capture as much purchase business market share as possible and provide a 5-star experience for my agents and their buyers.
