As a California native and seasoned Residential Realestate Mortgage Lender, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and strive every day to exceed their expectations.

Prior to entering my real estate finance career, I grew up on a farm in Hayward hills California, and graduated with my BS and Economics at Cal State Hayward University.

Outside of my mortgage lending, I take pride in giving back and helping kids with their bicycle and dirtbike in my community and all the local track in northern California.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Ste. Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
